The transition to motherhood is an amazing transformation in our lives.  We grow and nurture this new human and then bring them into the world. We are truly amazing!

We often take time the to talk about “nesting” in terms of what color the nursery will be, but we may overlook our bodies as the first home our baby ever has.  How we “nest” in our own bodies has lifelong impacts on us, our baby, and for generations to come.

 As we have evolved, women have gathered together in groups to nurture and care for each other and our children.  Under these conditions, we were surrounded by a community of wisdom on how to best get our bodies ready for conception and pregnancy.

There were times that I felt very alone on my fertility journey.  Like many women, I did not have a community of women to talk to about getting ready for pregnancy and my journey with fertility.  My fertility journey showed me how important having a supportive community is. I learned that immense value of shared wisdom, I want to be a part of that supportive community for you on your journey toward motherhood and beyond.

I offer support and resources to help you navigate your physical and emotional journey.

Preconception coaching supports you on your unique journey to motherhood.  Whether you want to nourish your body with “healthy foods”,  you are trying to prepare your body for egg retrieval, or as a mom of little ones, you want support to manage motherhood and nurture yourself as you grow your family.  The coaching relationship is a safe space where you can share your concerns and celebrate your new learning without “advice” about how you can fix it, but strategies to keep you moving forward toward your goals.
