Congratulations on your decision to start a family. But where do you begin? You’ve been preventing pregnancy for so long, how will this actually work? Whether you are considering getting off your current birth control, you have stopped preventing pregnancy, or you have been trying for a while and you haven’t gotten pregnant yet, you are in the right place.
I support women who want to prepare their bodies for pregnancy by focusing on boosting their fertility. How do certain foods make you feel? What gives you energy? Where is the stress in your life? What truly does nourish you? I want to help women learn to mother themselves and tune into their mother’s intuition to learn how they really feel and to help them make choices in their life that are nurturing.
So, what does that support actually look like?
First, let’s chat. I would love to spend 30 minutes getting to know you and finding out where you are on your own unique journey to motherhood.
When we decide to work together, I join you on that journey for the next 90 days. We will talk weekly, first about your health history and where you are right now.
Then we will develop a plan to get you where you want to go. We will examine what foods nourish you and provide you the optimal nutrition for conception. We will look at the environment around you and see where there may be stress in your life and how it may be impacting your hormonal balance. We will also look at that environment to find ways to decrease your exposure to everyday toxins that may be mimicking your hormones and disrupting your natural hormonal balance.
I work one-on-one with you to develop a plan that works for you and your life. I believe that the food we eat and the lifestyle we choose to live have a profound impact on our health, and our ability to conceive a child and have a healthy pregnancy.
