my approach

I want you to start developing your mother’s intuition by really looking at what is nourishing for you.  I want you to tune into your body so you know what you need.  What you need to eat, how you need to move, who you want to spend your time with, how you nourish your soul.

By tuning into yourself and listening to that intuition, you will begin the process of coming back into your own body, truly inhabiting where you are right now.  Gather your energy back into yourself and create the space for the new life you are creating.  Where are you giving your energy that is not giving back to you? Do you have energy vampires in your life?

In learning to listen to your body, you will begin to prioritize yourself and your needs, not in a selfish way, but in a way that you do things that you like, that bring you joy, and that feed your soul.  This self-exploration will help you learn to fill your own cup, so that it is overflowing with joy and energy for the family you are creating.

When you learn to listen to your body, you will have a good sense of where you need support and you will create systems to support you in this amazing journey.

Learning to listen to your body is also about learning what foods nourish you, what foods give you energy.  Your body is about to do miraculous things, give it the nourishment it needs.  You know pregnancy will create changes in your life, what are you willing to do now to prepare.
